The only positive thing about this building is the location to Aberdeen university.

*Washing machines cost £4.50 and jam

*Water was cut off twice during our stay due to plumbing problems

*Bed bug infestation in the flat (twice) we had to have the flat fumigated and everyone was bitten

*The build quality is the cheapest you get. Cheap furniture kitchens that are run down

*The cleaners come once every 2 weeks and wipe the surfaces and mop the floor.

*The lift Jams and you will end up taking the stairs

*I was late with rent by 2 days despite already having paid £6000 and they threatened to cut off my internet and where aggressive over the phone

*They also failed to tell you that the street opposite the building is like Baghdad at night and a lot of junkies. I would recommend going into the main university accommodation within the grounds of Aberdeen university.
