They have sent my mother almost 500 £ worth of extra bills. Her review below: I was visiting my daughter at Metchley Hall. Arrived late on a friday night from overseas and parked my car in the quiet and empty car park behind the block. There was no sign of whatsoever about parking fee. The next morning there was a ticket on the window so my daughter called to ask about the parking fee. It's a Saturday and they had a resident student coming over to pass us 6 yellow parking tickets to be displayed at the windscreen. The dates were 2 days too late but we thoughts the total number of days were correct so we just placed the yellow coupons at the windscreen. The student didn't explain us anything about the process of payment. I left after a week and asked my daughter to watch out for the parking bill. She said nothing came so I thought it might be added on a final yearly bill. 6 weeks later I received messages from the credit car with huge parking fine and handling charges by the car rental company. I emailed CRE and the lady gave me the email address of the parking control company to deal directly by myself. I emailed the parking control company everyday but no one even replied once. And this lady went away for holiday and this CRM company doesn't have anyone working in her absence? It's very strange that at a private dorm that we are paying premium rent, we are not getting the service that should come with it. Very disappointing and this is really not a good way for growing a sustainable business with customer loyalty!
