Overall they are a pretty standard set of halls in comparison to what I've lived in previously. Good value for money, as far as I am aware these are the only halls in the area where you can get a 3/4 bed for under £100. The thing I liked most about them was that they feel more like little flats than halls. You have the bonus of being able to open your windows wide so you can get a lot of fresh air in when you're cooking. Something that used to really bother me. However, I will say that it is very hit and miss with each flat. After having visited other flats in the building I am aware many are of better quality than others i.e. dodgy boilers in some, poor wifi, smaller baths, old carpet etc. This is very frustrating when everyone is paying the same amount, I would say each flat should be of same standard. Maintenance is great here. Most urgent problems are fixed within same hour or so of being reported so long as you report them within reasonable working hours. Location is good for those wanting to be in the Fallowfield area for pubs and student clubs and there are magic buses literally on the roads outside for wanting to get into town. However, the journey can take up to 40mins.

Horrendous security issues, most of the lights/doors broken for over a year. Internet is non-existant wityh 200 - 700 ping CONSTANTLY. DO NOT LIVE HERE THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND WILL DODGE EVERY OPPERTUNITY TO ACTUALLY FIX THEIR PROBLEMS

Dirty when I moved in had to ask for it to be cleaned, pretty exspenive as well. But some good offers if you move in with friends.
