St. James’ Point is expanding! Our current property which opened in September 2014 is undergoing a massive extension which will double the size of the property and will offer you the chance to live with your friends in our fantastic brand new 5 & 6 bed ensuite apartments. Each shared apartment comes with large, modern kitchens and living rooms which are perfect for chilling out and relaxing with your friends.
Due to popular demand there will also be some extra studios available from September.
Studios are spacious and feature an ensuite shower room, fully-fitted kitchen, flat screen TV with Freeview, large ¾ bed and lots of space for storage. If you’re opting for ensuite, rooms offer an ensuite shower room, desk and chair, free Wi-Fi and plenty of room for storage.
Studios and ensuite rooms all benefit from up to £5,000 contents insurance, so you don’t have to worry about your new laptop or those expensive headphones, plus there’s 100MB broadband! There’s also an on-site common room with games, a laundry room and 24/7 CCTV.
St. James’ Point is in easy walking distance of Newcastle University, Northumbria University and Newcastle College and is situated opposite Newcastle University Business School. Shops, bars and restaurants are all a stone’s throw away and just across the road is St. James’ Park football ground.
St. James’ Point II is suitable for undergraduates, postgraduates and international students and is open to all students from Newcastle Universities and colleges.
