1. The closet can only use with hangers 2. The heater only works for two hours 3. As a non-smoking building, the smoking situation is out of control 4. The post locks are literally broken for YEARS, still not fixed, you can still open the post lockers with no key required 5. Poor reception time 6. The reception will only keep your parcel for 48 hours, and then they will just send it back 7. Horrible flat door lock design, the flat door lock = every other room door lock in that flat if you are in an ensuite 8. Expensive -> you can get a studio elsewhere with this price (with much safer and better services too) 9. No cleaning tools or services provided 10. No facilities in Block A, everyone must walk OUTSIDE the building and enter block B to do anything 11. Bin store is absolutely disgusting 12. People using drugs at the back of the building 13. Security is terrible, I have been followed to enter the building by strangers multiple times 14. And there are more irritating things but I can't bother to write it down. Conclusion: I lived here for two years, and it has ruined my university life, and I am regretting my decision on choosing this horrible accommodation. You don't need to suffer as I did, avoid at all cost

The room is old and dusty, kitchen is not in good quality and maintenance. The location is fine but it truly not worth the price. Although it is slightly cheaper than other accommodations in the surrounding area, the room is too small to live comfortably. Internet is terribly slow specially in the evening. The management team is friendly and they provide a lot of activities around the year. In general, I have regretted living here that I wish I have go for other student accommodations or houses in Sheffield.

IQ Brocco is perfect if you want to be close to The University of Sheffield and the centre of town being only a ten minute walk in to the centre of town and with a tram stop nearby (although avoid the nearby streets at night, a bit shady and a few prostitutes hanging around). The management are brilliant and respond to any questions or problems immediately and they couldn't be more helpful. They even run themed events and competitions and give out prizes which helps improve the atmosphere of the place - which isn't great in general terms. Due to being private and most First Years living in Ranmoor and Endcliffe, the flats are mixed in age from 18 year olds who want to have fun all the way up to late 20 year olds that keep to their rooms which is just a bit awkward to be honest. If you're wanting the university party lifestyle and a flat that is like a family, I'd look elsewhere. Most of the tenants are also international students so you can feel quite isolated in your flat especially if they don't speak fluent English. However, the rooms are clean and tidy and the common room has TV, Sky, Ps4 and a pool table which kind of makes up for the lack of social interaction you get in your flat. The flats are great value for money too as University accommodation is much more costly, further out of the city centre and worse quality. So I guess it's a matter of what you're looking for at university. If you want the full university experience and a flat of people of the same age and nationality, then Endcliffe may be better for you. But if like me your loan doesn't stretch far enough to afford University accommodation, IQ is a great compromise with the benefit of being cheaper and nicer but at the cost of missing out on a flat of great friends and that 'halls experience'. But you may be one step closer to getting that 1st class degree at IQ, it's quieter social atmosphere leaves plenty of time to study hard.
