Scholars View is well connected to both of Cambridge’s universities, with the University of Cambridge and Anglia Ruskin University both reachable by bike or public transport, making it a practical base for students at either institution. The area also gives easy access to the historic city centre, with its colleges, the River Cam, and shopping around the Grand Arcade. About Scholars View
The property offers a wide range of room types, from shared en-suite flats of five to eight bedrooms through to self-contained studios, giving students flexibility depending on budget and how much space they need. Rent includes all utility bills, along with high-speed internet available throughout the building.
Residents have access to a communal lounge, an on-site gym, a cinema lounge and a games area with a pool table, as well as a podcasting room for students interested in audio or media projects. Laundry facilities and secure bike storage are also available on site, along with CCTV across the property.
