Across Sainsbury's and 24 hours M&S Foods, very near to both Brighton and Sussex universities. Great living space, fully furnished. Good value for money and totally worth the price! It is also very quiet and very safe.

Nice place to live, great location, near both universities, to town and and across the street from sainsburrys. the building is very clean and quiet, any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and management is very accessible. rent is pretty high, but it is brighton and amenities are included.
That's a nice place for student to live, near to Universities and convince to shopping.
I have had great experience with the community life in sawmills. I've made some good friends and I've also applied to become a Community Ambassador, which was totally a great experience to learn the methods to help each other, I've also come to take the responsibility for not just myself, but also the people surrounding me. I chose to live at Sawmills is because I was not able to share with others and it's been great to have my own private place, but the only flaw of the room, personally, is that I prefer to have a bigger window for my room.
As far as university accommodation goes, this is definitely the best. The rooms are good size and everything is new. The building itself is very clean, and extremely safe. The common room is great for socializing or studying. The location is within walking distance to Brighton university and a 10 minute bus journey to Sussex university. It would be a 10 minute bus journey to be in the town center of Brighton. There are bus stops 2 minutes from Sawmills, where regular busses travel in both directions. The management of the building is excellent. There is an on-call system available 24/7 in the case of an emergency which is really good.

Amazing location. 15 min bus to Sussex Uni, 5 min walk to Brighton uni. Relatively high price but everything is included. Great Staff, always ready to help and to solve any problems you may have.
it has the best location ever! everything is nearby and Sainsburys is just 1min away! love the room as it is well designated and modern and it also provides almost everything.to me, it really feels like home. and it is worth the money.
The room is compact with everything you need. Very nice location with the Sainsbury's and the bus stops nearby. The staffs are really nice and helpful.

The halls are really quiet, it's safe and the location is great. However the management of the building severely lacks. The rooms are small with only single beds and the kitchens within the rooms have no counter space.
Small, easy to manage rooms. Everything is new and clean.
the locaion of the building is amazing. it offers the best of both worlds(school and town center). the staffs are very friendly and polite as well as helpful.
Nice small rooms, easy to manage. Location is great, 5 minute walk to the university and 2 minutes to big sainsburys. Town is 15/20 minute walk away: Management is great, always eager help with anything.
