The building sits within walking distance of Liverpool John Moores University’s city campuses and Liverpool Hope’s creative campus. The University of Liverpool is also reachable on foot. En-suite rooms come furnished with a double bed, walnut veneer storage, a bookshelf and a desk. Studios add a private kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, two-ring hob and combi-oven, plus an en-suite with a power shower. Wet room versions of both offer more space. A 24-hour concierge covers lost keys and building security, and residents share social spaces on site. Phoenix Place is students-only under its licence terms.
