Vista Square, Liverpool is a student accommodation at 5 Oldham Place, on the edge of the city’s Knowledge Quarter. Opened in September 2025, it offers self-contained studios in Standard and Deluxe tiers, along with cluster apartments of up to five students with private en-suite bedrooms. Studios have their own kitchen and bathroom. Cluster apartments share a communal kitchen and lounge. All rooms are fully furnished and include utility bills, Wi-Fi and contents insurance. The building holds a BREEAM Excellent sustainability rating and an EPC A energy efficiency grade, with solar panels integrated into the design.
Living in the Knowledge Quarter
Vista Square sits at the junction of the Knowledge Quarter and Liverpool city centre. The University of Liverpool is around eight minutes on foot, and Liverpool John Moores University’s city campus is around ten minutes away. For example, Bold Street’s independent cafés and restaurants are just minutes away, and Liverpool ONE shopping centre is around ten minutes on foot. In addition, Liverpool Central and Lime Street stations are both within a ten-minute walk, and the Cavern Quarter, at the heart of the city’s music heritage, is close by.
