The building is in a less than good area, smackheads and drunks hang out around the building on a nightly basis The lettings agency however are the main issue, they refuse to repair issues months after they were told constantly saying "you have my word it will be this friday" but then saying they won't come out putting it back another week, heating during winter was non existent as the heater wasn't working but they refused to fix, it is expected you repair things yourself and the agency will tell you to go into their basement to change fuses for them when electricity cuts out. they will also refuse to answer queries about repairs by the phone often just saying "email us" but ignoring emails (they ignored mine for months) AVOID THIS COMPANY PRIMO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ARE THIEVES AND SCOUNDRELS
