Nottingham Trent University campus is less than a 10 minute walk away and the University of Nottingham’s main campus is just 15 minutes away via tram.
Avalon Court is home to 100 students each year, offering a range of studios including our budget-friendly single bed studios from just £125 per week, to our spacious deluxe apartments.
Students at Avalon Court get their own personal space to live in, whilst also having access to some great social areas in the building.
For peace-of-mind, Avalon Court also has 24/7 CCTV and out-of-hours service.
Students will have access to the building’s cinema room, gym, study area and common room.
