I've lived at Brayford for three years, being both a post graduate and an international student I found the Brayford team fantastic! The on-site security was perfect for whenever I came home late at night, or when I was abroad (knowing that my flat was secure was a big weight off my shoulders!) The office team are amazing and help with any problems that may arise. And the location is hard to beat, five minutes from both Uni and the high street, as well as being on the Brayford where all the restaurants are! Wouldn't change it for anything!

Brayford quays really feels like home, I've had an amazing year in the spacious kitchen and rooms, the service is amazing, the girls in the office are totally amazing! The bathrooms are so nice! Deffo recommend this to any student!
Brayford is in a fab location, being 5 mins from town and the uni. The staff are all so lovely, and will help you with anything (and they even hold events in the common room at Christmas, Halloween, Easter etc). The rooms are a good size, with a nice ensuite. The kitchens are big, with plenty of room for the 6 members in the flat, and it also has a TV with freeview, included in the rent. I would 100% recommend living in Brayford
I've lived here for all 3 years of being at university, and wouldn't live anywhere else. I'm graduating this year and am so sad to leave. They have a range of rooms to suit your needs and price range, is one of the cheapest in Lincoln, and the rooms are the biggest I've seen. You are a 5 minute walk from the main university campus and a 5 minute walk into the main city centre. Some of the rooms also have magnificent views of the Brayford Pool. Furthermore, the staff in the accommodation office couldn't be more friendly and will help you with absolutely anything. A bonus is the free gym that is modern and well equipped and also a security guard is available on site if you have any problems late into the night. Would highly recommend to any student.
Great location, Accommodation staff are really friendly and always aimed to get any problems fixed immediately. Late night security guard (John) makes sure everyone is safe. Rooms are big and so are the kitchen and lounge area . CLOSE TO UNIVERISTY important for when you're rolling out of bed for them 9ams :)
Love Brayford Quays, lived here two years now and I've had no problems at all. It's in a great location close to uni and close to town. The accommodation staff are amazing honestly so friendly go out there way to make sure everyone is happy. Any problems and it will be fixed ASAP. Rooms are of decent size and would happily recommend. Would of Liked a double bed for the girls but single was just fine.
I have lived here for nearly 2 years, and will choose to stay here for another 2 years. Massive room for my piano, ensuite, glass wall with nice view. Staff are lovely, and allow students to leave belongings in the room during the summer.
After choosing to live in Brayford Quay for my first year, I then stayed for the following two years of my degree course - and I think that says a lot in itself. It's great value for money with clean, spacious rooms and communal areas, as well as high quality common room, gym and washing facilities. In addition, Brayford Quay has several qualities you just can't put a price on, such as safety, homeliness, and friendly, welcoming staff. It's a five minute walk from the university campus, a local shop, the town centre and the health centre, as well as sitting beside the beautiful Brayford pool, which makes it a perfect location for anything you will need as a student. Its perfect for all kinds of student and I would definitely recommend it to those seeking accommodation in Lincoln.
It's in a great location and you can get to uni or to town really quickly. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff are very quick and efficient at fixing any problems you may have. The rooms are much bigger than most accommodation I'd seen and the ensuite is a nice addition. The only bad point is the curtains are really think but that can easily be fixed by investing in some blackout curtains.
Lovely spacious en suite room. Large shower with shelves. Vast desk with so much space and storage for clothes and work and decoration. My mattress was quite uncomfy though and the curtains let in too much light.
I love Brayford quays, its easily accessible, the safe are really friendly and helpful, theres a common room for people to use, the rooms are so big for the price we pay. Comparing it to the accommodation I stayed in last year this is amazing!
