I did my first year living at Brunswick and had the best year ever! Made some amazing friends and the atmosphere is always great, staff are so lovely and Jordan is amazing at his job. Only downside is the price, as personally I think it is too expensive for what you get. However, if I could do it all again I would! Highly recommend living here.
I've decided to re-book after staying a year here in Brunswick. The staff are friendly and the location is perfect for frequent travels back and forth to University for practicing and rehearsals. The fast internet is also greatly appreciated, I have no complaints.
One of the best student accommodations in Cambridge. Clean, modern and peaceful. Location...perfect. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. Super welcoming! Paul and Jordan, are always easily accessible during working hours. Such a plus! No wait time to solve queries etc at the office. Chris is simply amazing. Really! I’ve had a plumbing and a vent issue... both times he was able to rectify by the next day. Couldn’t ask for better!
Great time living with my mates, so close to the uni and town. The rooms are a good size and the staff are always on hand to help. My room overlooks the courtyard so it can be noisy sometimes, however, this is mostly on student nights so is to be expected. Security are on hand to deal with anything should the noise get to much.

Brunswick House is the ideal accommodation for Anglia Ruskin students. Being just a 5-10 minute walk from the university, it is also located just 5 minutes from the Grafton center, and 15 from the city center, this meaning everything is in your reach. The staff at Brunswick have made me feel very welcome, and very at home, so at home that i have re-booked for a second year as this place has become my home and I'm very pleased with the size of the rooms, the kitchens and the people surrounding me.
I have lived here for 2 years, great location near university, wonderful staff, would definitely recommend for other students or international students!

Really friendly staff and management team, make you feel at home and are so helpful, you know that if you need something you can go to them for help which is reassuring when living in a new city. Really secure and safe area, along with being close to everything so although the price is higher than some other accommodations, defintely is made up for with the location of Brunswick! Rooms and kitchen areas are up to date and well furnished.

Quick overview of Brunswick, it,s a beautiful place to stay, great location making it an ease to get around, they have great facilities such as vending machines, pool table, modern day lounge area etc... The rooms are well designed and maintained over the course of your stay things such as changing shower heads and fixing electrical problems are done promptly and on time. Members of staff are always around to asist even after working hours (Mtakani It’s a relaxed no hustle place with notification emails when delivery arrives which means you can relax kick back in a great environment and turn the muic up!????
Lovely accommodation, close to uni and Grafton center, meaning it is in a perfect location for shopping. Staff are friendly, and welcoming, helpful before and when arriving. Would've preferred a shorter contract.
The location of Brunswick house is amazing it’s a 5 minute walk from Anglia, 15 minutes walk from the centre. I been living at Brunswick house for 3 years now I love it the staff are the main reason why I live here as they will do whatever they can to make sure you comfortable and happy.

Great place to live for students. In close proximity to supermarkets, Grafton centre and ARU. Rooms are very spacious and have neat areas for storage. Management team are fab, every single member is always there to listen and sort any problems. They are also brilliant to have a general chit chat too and are always friendly. Would 100% recommend this establishment and it's staff! It's also in a brilliant area for a 10 minute walk to the local clubs which is really handy.

My experience in Brunswick House for the past four years has been absolutely amazing the stuff have been friendly and have created a conducive environment for me to study. They have always been there to help me when in need or when I just want a chat. I couldn’t ask to stay in any other place. However the building needs aircon, the building gets really stuffy especially during summer.
SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF! Will always help you with any problem. Security on site during the night so nothing to worry about there lool. Rooms are spacious, the whole place is p clean and aesthetically pleasing, slightly overpriced but the cheap deposit price kinda makes up for it thanks kids 5/5 would recommend to a fellow student

Staff are quick and great at resolving problems. Maintenance are fast and reliable, friendly service. Always on hand when in need. Security are lovely and help to resolve issues either with yourself or other residents. Communal space is a calm and friendly environment for all students.
Brunswick is a lovely accommodation and definitely the most ideal for ARU students. The place is generally quiet apart from the occasional noise coming from the common room. It's close to all the shops and supermarkets you'll need and the city centre is only 20 mins away. The management team are wonderful and deal with any problems asap. The room itself is bright and spacious with a double bed, standard ensuite and other basic furniture. Storage could be a little bigger but it definitely isn't lacking. I chose a 4-bed flat which has the perfect amount of kitchen/living room space for everyone. Although Brunswick is on the expensive side, it is highly recommended.
I have really enjoyed my first year living at Brunswick, so much that i have decided to re-book next year. Jordan has been very attentive to any queries i have had which were addressed with ease. I look forward to returning in September and meeting my new flat mates.
Having viewed and stayed at a few accommodations in Cambridge thus far, Brunswick House has proven to be the most positive in my personal experience. The rooms and facilities are ideal, and the staff are extremely kind, friendly and quick to respond to queries; repairs are also undertaken quickly. We are also kept quite up to date via emails -- often from Jordan Shields -- about the goings on at the accommodation as well, which is always nice.

I've really enjoyed my time so far at Brunswick House. I've met some amazing people and made some friends for life. The rooms are lovely and spacious, unlike the majority of other people I have a double window so I get loads of light. The staff are amazing, always there if I have any issues and always attempt to resolve them as quickly as possible. They even provide a wake up call if you ask really nicely. As a student I'm not a fan of walking too far, living at Brunswick is great as Uni and the city center is within 10 minutes walking distance.
Brunswick House has been a great place to live for my first year at Uni. Paul, Jordan, Chris and Ben are all fantastic staff who have added to my great experience :) I'll definitely be rebooking for next year!
It's been a great experience living at Brunswick this year so far. The staff are attentive and helpful (love you Chris). The rooms are great and spacious and I've met some amazing people here. It's so close to the University and all the shops, the only thing I'd change is the price and contract length.
Brunswick house is a very good accommodation for Anglia Ruskin Students. The common rooms offers a good community, and a easy way to meet friends, if first year students are entering a new city. Jordan is a friendly and welcoming manager, and all security are always ready to talk about any issues. Since i couldn't get regular student accommodation as i live in a 35 mile radius, Brunswick was by far the best option for me. :)
What to say? Brunswick is more like a home to me, never ever felt more safe and comfortable anywhere else then Brunswick. I would recommend this to students who are looking for a great experience while studying at a university! Members of the staff are fantastic! always there when you need them or have any issues. A specific member of staff, Jordan has made my life a lot easier while staying at Brunswick and he has always been there for me!

Brunswick is a nice place to live. I’m enjoying my stay! It is in a very nice location, really close to the grafton (shopping) centre and the Anglia Ruskin University. The rooms are cute and the kitchen-living room is quite spacious. My room faces the back side and is very quite. Jordan, Chris and Paul are very nice and helpful and any problems that I’ve had so far were resolved very fast. A couple of disadvantages are that the showers are quite small and it’s a bit expensive.
Very nice accommodation that is 10-15 minutes away from university. Brunswick staff are always inviting and helpful. They always endeavor to solve your problems. This is why I have chosen to re-book. The only downside is the costs associated with doing your laundry.
I only live here because of Paul, Chris, Jordan and Ben. They are like my second family and always make me feel welcome. Brunswick is so close to uni and the shops which is awesome as I don’t like to walk too much!
Great student accommodation! Amazing location if you’re like me and like walking around everywhere, good quality rooms and big kitchens. Plus staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the only thing I’d change is the price laundry.

Been living here for a year and couldn't have asked for a better first year at university. All staff member are friendly and make sure that you are settling in okay. Brunswick has a real community feel and I can truly say that living in Brunswick I have made friends for life. Thanks to Jordan, Paul, Chris and Ben for making my first year a lot less stressful. Overall, a little bit pricey but it is definitely worth the experience

I consider Brunswick my home. As a foreign student all the tenants and staff were very helpful making me feel welcome and helping me settle and love my new place of leaving.Jordan, Chris and Paul do a great job at running the place smoothly and that all the tenants are well and satisfied with living here???? cant wait to stay another year!

The room and kitchen in Brunswick House are well-equipped. I preferred the room and the table, especially, very much ! The big table offers me loads of space to do my work and the color, and the spacious space make me feel very comfortable. The staffs are helpful and responsive. They are kind and offers help as fast as they could. I can call for help even during off hour. The bed is double big and just make me feel relax. Although the value is slightly high, it is worth to stay here and the location is fantastic. It is close to ARU and is also accessible to anywhere. It is quiet too, which is preferable for students who prefer a quiet study environment. The bus stop is just near to the building. Therefore, it is highly-recommended to stay here.

I have only lived in Brunswick House for this past year, but the quality and service I have received from the staff and company has been (and still remains) incomparable. I have loved my time living here. Staff has set the standard extremely high and have always seen to any issues in very timely manner. P.S ALL staff deserve a pay rise!

Great location- close to aru, town, Tesco, Asda and the shopping centres. Management are awful, nothing gets fixed, promised 24/7 security but this wasn't fulfilled, bad value for money!
Location of the housing is good as it is pretty close to town and uni. Staff are really nice, friendly and very approachable! Rooms are of a good size, however, it is expensive. Would consider living here again, if the price was cheaper.
overall an enjoyable living experience. the staff are all friendly and approachable which made things much easier in the early weeks. things could sometimes take quite a long time to get done (e.g if something broke it sometimes took a while for someone to actually come and fix it) but that is really a minor complaint in the grand scheme of things.
I have had a very warm welcome here and have felt very comfortable. The staff are great, very supportive, reassuring and helpful. My only comment when first moving in it was very hard to meet new people.
I have enjoyed meeting the people here, it has been clean, most of the time. The security here are friendly to talk to when drunk and stuff. It has been a good year but just a bit too expensive to stay here for too many years. I would only recommend this place for the first year but after it is probably not worth the amount you're paying. The management are nice and approachable as well as the maintenance staff, though some parts of the building have been broken since moving in and never got fixed. Overall it is good.

All the management are very nice! the facilities are always clean and i feel safe walking around. our room is a bit expensive but it is very premium and we have lots of space.

It is very perfect location here and the room is really comfortable.
Brunswick House is often considered expensive by many, but what those reviews don't take into account are the quality of what you're paying for. Included in the rent is 24 hour staffing, including security from 11 pm onward, secure location, just across the road from one of Anglia Ruskin's campuses and ten minute walk from Anglia Ruskin main campus. The city centre is 15 minutes from campus. There's also a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for studying. Brunswick's prices are considered competitive in the private sector, and you get far more from it than you get from places even a fraction less expensive. It's well worth paying out a bit more for.
i think the price is set too high for what you get. Jordan in the office is good as he manages things very well and is more intrested int he studenents welfare. security are friendly however they restrict you. maintenance takes too long to complete and the wait for electricians take too long as well. overall im not impressed with my stay at brunswick as i dont think they manage student welfare properly and you end up waiting on a lot of things. location is the only factor i can commend them on and jordan from the office.
Excellent modern style with full amenities, friendly staff and excellent location. However maintainence requests can be occasionally overlooked, my flatmates and I have been waiting some time for lightbulb replacement, as well as repairs for our deskchairs (more than one of which has broken) for over a month despite multiple notificatons on our behalf. Other than this issue, I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Brunswick.

Well located with good facilities, good that some of the rooms can now be booked for 44 weeks as well as 51 weeks. Slightly expensive though and sometimes problems can take a while to be sorted out.
