This guys are bad for business. Imagine both managers going on leave at the same time just immediately after students resumed. Imagine not having the light in your room working since you resumed and no one coming to fix it. Imagine having to change rooms because the shower head in your room wasn’t ready upon your arrival and you were assured it would be sorted within two weeks but it wasn’t. They did a maintenance in your new room and it’s made the shower head now stiff and hard. Imagine your electric hub not working a few days before Christmas and there’s no one to sort it out because there’s only security from an agency who doesn’t know anything about sorting issues like that. Imagine being charged by a faulty machine for laundry and when you tell the staff at the reception to warn other students they don’t because it’s circuit managing laundry. And then the distance to the university, particularly Lansdowne campus,45-60 minutes. I’ll stop here. If you can avoid it, don’t come here. You’ll regret it especially if you’re an international student.
