Dagfa House is a University of Nottingham student residence on Salt House Lane in Beeston, close to University Park Campus. It offers standard rooms and en-suite rooms in shared flats of between five and twelve students, along with self-contained studios with a private kitchen. Standard rooms share a bathroom with one other student, while en-suite rooms and studios have their own. It’s a self-catered residence, open to both undergraduates and postgraduates.
Important: Dagfa House is a University of Nottingham building, so applications must be made directly through the University, not through Hallbookers.
Rooms and community
Every room comes with a bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and chair, a full-length mirror, storage and Wi-Fi. Shared kitchens have induction hobs as standard. Undergraduate contracts run for 44 weeks, while postgraduate contracts run for 51 weeks including vacation periods. As a University of Nottingham residence, Dagfa House is supported by a Residential Experience (ResX) team and included in the University’s Active Living package, which gives residents access to sport and fitness facilities across the University’s campuses.
