Great facilities for the price, staff were always friendly and around to chat. A little bit far from town though and the tenancy agreement through covid was a joke.

Didn’t properly communicate with us, had to wait almost six weeks after rent was due for the landlord to make his decision (at which point people had already used some of their loan money to survive) whilst staff told tenants to put off emailing, ignored emails and said they’d been immediately notified with an update. They’ve now emailed random select tenants on a made up criteria and are not even enforcing their own criteria properly. They have deliberately left tenants in the dark hoping some would pay up, and they’re also keeping the deposits. I’ve paid about 3.5k this year so far for a halls that came with rats and broken furniture, now I’m probably going to have to pay nearly another 2k for a room I’ve emptied, cleared out and notified them off this. Disappointed at the greed of a landlord, you would expect some compassion at this time. Again, please DO NOT BOOK!!
Europa has been the s@#t. Great start to uni I could have asked for! First year has been made miles easier by being in this accommodation I can’t reccomend it enough. It’s literally a 15 minute walk into the centre with loads of handy shops and supermarkets within minutes from leaving the gate. The staff are absolutely Amazing and they will literally Help u with anything and they really look after everyone here. it’s a really fun sociable accommodation but it’s not overcrowded and crazy so you can still sleep without really any interruption. Can’t rate it enough!!

After spending my first year in university owned accommodation, I can say without a doubt that this is the best accommodation in Liverpool. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and all the staff are more than willing to help with any problems you may have. The site and the rooms are really modern and well secured, and there is always someone on site 24/7. I can't wait to stay here again next year!
The location, safety and facilities are definitley positives. Unfortunatley the staff are appauling, not dealing with any complaints and giving you the freedom of year 7 school teachers. If you want to be constantly talked down to and patronised, this is the place for you. Everything is over-priced and any minor damages at the end of the stay will result in fines totalling hundreds of pounds. Overall I have stayed at 4 different halls whilst at uni and europa is by far the worst.
I would highly recommend europa, great staff great place to live.
Europa is great for students, all rooms are ensuite and the staff are kind and helpful. I broke the lock on my room and within an hour maintenance came up and fixed it for me. The receptionists are always happy to help and are happy to help with any problems you could have. Staff are available 24 hours so any concerns at any time can be addressed. There are also plenty of parties and other fun things being organised, like movie nights. I’d recommend europa to any student studying in Liverpool.
After living in Europa for a few months, I can safely say it is one of the best accommodation blocks in Liverpool. The rooms are spacious and modern and make a perfect second home for any student. The team in the office cannot do enough to help you and are so lovely to have a quick chat and catch up with and answer any questions you have about the accommodation or the city. It’s around a five minute walk to the University of Liverpool and a 15 minute walk to the centre of town so it’s perfect for a night out and for lectures. There are multiple locked doors which you must pass through to get into your block so it’s very safe and well worth the money! Already rebooked for the rest of my uni time.
Europa has given me a home for the past few months. It is near the city center, and near the Universities. The rooms are really nice, with it's own bathroom and shared kitchen. Staff is really helpful and are always willing to assist you. Highly recommended.
I have lived in this accommodation for my whole three years at university. It's a lovely and friendly place to live, with a great management team running it. The team are really helpful and keen to help if I've ever needed it. I have a bronze room which is a great size, all rooms are ensuite too which is perfect. The maintainande team are good and fix any problems quickly. The accommation has security gaurds that work every night, so it feels like a safe place to be. It's the perfect commute to university and takes me just over 10 minutes to walk. Supermarkets are within walking distance with Tesco express, Lidl, B&M and home bargains practically on your doorstep. The accomadation is only about a 15 minute walk from the city centre too.
Nice modern furniture along side brilliant happy staff! over all a really cool place to live!!!

Living at Europa is great. Both the kitchen and bedrooms are spacious and modern with a large 3/4 bed. It takes 15 minutes max to walk to uni (mount pleasant) and 10 to walk into town. Also, the staff are caring and very helpful with whatever is needed, hosting events throughout the year offering food and drink for any occasion. I have enjoyed it here so far with my great flatmates and living in a comfortable, homely room it can't get much better for me.
I can't speak highly enough of Europa, honestly. The staff are lovely and friendly and always ready to help, the atmosphere is fantastic, my flat is amazing, I love the events they put on as it really instills a sense of community. It really is my home away from home, I love it here.

Living at Europa has been a magnificent experience which has given me the stable and calm foundation in order to work at my best and reach my potential and achieve the best grades possible. The staff create the atmosphere of a family which allows to feel like you have a support system you can always rely on.
Europa without a doubt is the best place for any student to stay. The place is so delightful, so bright, and full of energy. Everyone here is so lovely, especially the staff who work to the best of their ability to help ensure that everyone here is happy. The staff are also constantly working on special events that are held here throughout the year, allowing a chance for everyone to come together and celebrate the holidays and meet new people. The atmosphere is great here and even when you don’t want to go out and socialize, there is always the cozy clean rooms to retire to, where the beds are so comfortable and you feel at home.
I love it so much in staying next year :)
Staffs are friendly and great! Many events during the year. Large kitchen and nice room! And very safe! Feel like home!

Best accommodation in liverpool, really homely and friendly atmosphere, staff are great and feels like home. Can't wait to live here again next year
