Fusion Leeds is a purpose-built student accommodation at Arena Point, on Merrion Way, in the heart of Leeds city centre. At 44 storeys, it is believed to be one of the tallest purpose-built student towers in Europe. The upper floors have views across the city. The building has more than 600 rooms in total. It offers en-suite rooms in shared apartments, social studios and fully self-contained studios, all with private bathrooms. Dual occupancy is also available on selected studios.
Living in Leeds city centre
Arena Point sits in the Arena Quarter, directly behind the First Direct Arena. It is within walking distance of both the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University City Campus. The Merrion Centre and several supermarkets are close by. For example, Millennium Square, Trinity Leeds and the bars of Call Lane and Greek Street are all a short walk away. Lovell Park and Park Square also offer green space nearby. In addition, Leeds train station is within walking distance, with direct services to Manchester, York, London and Edinburgh.
