En-suite rooms next to the University of Dundee on Hawkhill
Hub Students, Dundee is a student accommodation building on Hawkhill, next to the University of Dundee and its Students’ Union. It offers en-suite rooms in shared flats of four or five students.
There are three room types: Standard, Double and Large Double. Standard rooms have a small double bed, while Double and Large Double rooms have a full double bed. The Large Double rooms are only in the five-bedroom flats.
Every room has a private shower room, under-bed storage, a double wardrobe, a study desk and a blackout blind. In addition, each room has an Ethernet port as well as Wi-Fi of up to 1 Gbps.
Each flat shares a kitchen with a four-ring hob, an electric oven, a microwave, two fridges and two freezers. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar, two sofas and a wall-mounted TV.
Close to the University of Dundee and Abertay University
The University of Dundee is next to the building, and Abertay University is also within walking distance. The Nearby universities panel shows the exact distances.
Dundee city centre and the Overgate Shopping Centre are within walking distance too. For everyday shopping, a Tesco Extra and a Lidl are close by.
Scotland offers free bus travel to residents aged 5 to 21 with a National Entitlement Card or Young Scot card, which can make commuting more affordable.

The building suits students who want an en-suite room a short walk from the University of Dundee. Rent includes electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi, and there is no deposit to book.
Contracts of 40, 44 or 50 weeks are available, as well as a flexi contract. In addition, a second-semester contract starting in January suits students who join mid-year.
The 24-hour common room has a pool table, a full-size table tennis table, a dartboard and a TV with Netflix. There is also a courtyard, an external bike shed and an on-site laundry that residents control through the Circuit app.
An on-site maintenance team and out-of-hours security support residents. Finally, both undergraduates and postgraduates can book, as individuals or in groups.
