En-suite rooms and studios in 18 tiers on Ecclesall Road
LIV Sheffield is a purpose-built student building on Ecclesall Road, in the student area south-west of Sheffield city centre. It offers 18 room types, from Starter en-suites to Platinum Plus studios on the 13th floor. En-suite rooms sit in shared flats of three to six students, each with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen and lounge. Studios are self-contained, with their own kitchen area and bathroom. Every room has a double bed, blackout blinds, a large desk and a lockable door.
The tiers differ by flat size, floor and space. Gold and Gold Plus en-suites are in four-bedroom flats, while Platinum Plus en-suites share a three-bedroom flat on floors 12 and 13.
Shared kitchens have a 49-inch smart TV, a large sofa and a dining table, and many also include a dishwasher.
“Plus” studios add extra floor space and a wet-room bathroom. The 11th floor holds studios only, for a quieter setting, and studios on the 9th floor have higher ceilings. Selected studios are also available for two people.
Close to Sheffield Hallam’s Collegiate Campus
Sheffield Hallam University’s Collegiate Campus is a short walk away. The University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam’s City Campus are also within walking distance, and the Nearby universities panel shows the exact distances. Ecclesall Road has cafés, restaurants, bars and supermarkets along its length. A bus stop close to the building serves both universities and the city centre. The building suits students who want to choose their room tier and flat size within one address, from a Starter en-suite in a six-person flat to a top-floor studio. Rent includes all bills, Wi-Fi up to 200Mbps and laundry, and there is no deposit to book. Shared facilities include a gym, a cinema room, a games area with karaoke, a recording studio, study spaces, a roof terrace and a top-floor social area with city views. Students who prefer a quieter home can choose a studio on the studio-only 11th floor.
