Lived on one of the highest floors, with NO LIFT For 3 MONTHS. No help for disabled or struggling students and compensation might as well have been a gift voucher. Thereโ€™s a perv who flies drones around recording you in your room. Despite police involvement the building has done nothing to help but tell us to keep our blinds down at all times. The drains always need fixing and will regularly flood your flat. Hot water breaks often sometimes for weeks at a time. The lifts REEK of bodily fluids at all times. Despite paying extra for it, the roof terrace was unavailable for more than half the year for maintenance. Their โ€œpremium gymโ€ is just a room with a few weights and an exercise bike. One of the security guards is extremely rude, often swears at you just for asking for your post. Our friend living two doors down from us has a literal HOLE in their wall leading to outside that they promised to fix in the first month of moving in. It regularly leaks when it rains. Weโ€™re now moving out and itโ€™s STILL THERE. They received no compensation for this either. Despite pre-organising to pay rent once your loans arrive instead of when they ask for it they threaten bailiffs at your doors EVERY term which is incredibly stressful to deal with. We spent almost ยฃ11k to stay here for the year. Barely worth ยฃ5k. Donโ€™t waste your money on their โ€œpremiumโ€ accommodation. Itโ€™s worse than almost every other accom Iโ€™ve lived in and at 3x the price!! You canโ€™t even speak to management as the head of management gets replaced every 3 months when the last one quits and they have no idea what issues youโ€™re talking about.

Loads of mold in my bathroom and yet they โ€˜cleanโ€™ the flats before you arrive. The shower drain doesnโ€™t work and regardless of how many times you complain in this building, nothing happens. For instance, circuit washing machine wasnโ€™t working and when I asked for assistance, nothing happened. If not for my sisterโ€™s washing circuit card, I wonโ€™t have been able to do laundry. They didnโ€™t even check up on that. Other students/ residents too had to sort themselves out with a circuit card. Fire alarms go off for no reason. Thereโ€™s just too much bad stuff happening here. Thank the lord this is my final year. Itโ€™s like a Monet, fine on the outside but the up closeโ€ฆ hmmmmโ€ฆ

AVOID My son stayed here for about 2-3 months and paid ยฃ7000 . He was not allowed to travel to the accommodation due to the pandemic but the staff were not interested so basically it was tough and we still had to pay unless we could get someone else to take over the room !!! Which they are not going to do in a pandemic! Staff are rather patronising in their phone calls and emails and not helpful and couldnโ€™t really give two hoots about the students they were just interested in getting the rent ! One member of staff shouted across the room to my son that he was late with his rent in front of other staff and students!!! Not at all professional. Also rooms are not that great really basic , lifts never work and place is generally grim. Definitely overpriced, other accommodation have much more to offer
