En-suite rooms and studios in Round Hill
Ravilious House is a student accommodation building on Lewes Road, in the Round Hill area of Brighton. It is a small building of 60 rooms.
Students can choose an en-suite room in a shared flat or a self-contained studio. En-suite rooms have a private bathroom and a shared kitchen and dining room. Studios have their own kitchenette, en-suite bathroom and living space.
Both room types come in Classic and Premium tiers, and accessible studios are available. Dual occupancy is available on selected room types.
Rent includes all utility bills, contents insurance and wired internet of up to 1Gbps.
Close to the universities and the seafront
The University of Brighton and the Screen and Film School are both within walking distance, and the University of Sussex is a short bus journey away. The Nearby universities panel shows the exact distances.
Lewes Road has cafés, bars and restaurants along it, and bus links run to the city centre and across Brighton. The Lanes, Brighton Pier and the seafront are a short bus ride away.
