This is by far the worse accommodation I have stayed at. First of all, the promises they make on their website are false. This accommodation may be brand new but it’s very much basic in terms of facilities and contents. If I could give it 0 stars I would, because even one is too generous. The only good thing about this accommodation is the free wash and dry and even that takes minimum 5 hours! (I never thought I would miss circuit laundry). If you have an invisible disability, don’t bother booking here because your needs will not be taken seriously at all, they do not care and are extremely slow with complaints. When I first issued my complaint I was told ‘well, no one else is complaining.’ Imagine your child voicing their feelings and being dismissed because no one else has raised the same issue. How ridiculous and invalidating! They also promised that members of the accommodation are onsite 24/7, but there’s no one there on weekends to assist you or collect parcels which means you have to wait until Monday. I genuinely feel unsafe and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Parents who are sending their children to university please do your research before booking, there are many better accommodation that are cheaper, more secure and would fulfil their promises! This accommodation is almost £200 per week but they offer nothing to make it worth the price. I was genuinely sold a dram and since living here I’ve faced nothing but discomfort!
