Unless you have the cash to throw at vita, don't stay there because there is far cheaper options available. The room is just a 18-22sqm room (obviously 22sqm is a lot more expensive), and a tiny (and I mean really tiny) shower room. They even charge you extra to have a view, if you can even call it that. Security wise, there is electronic access throughout, however staff are not security trained and I don't have faith in them being able to act in the event of violent or breakin. There is a fun atmosphere between students and a good social side, with regular socials arranged, however these also include prospective new residents now, and these people seem to get priority of the free food, so it's easy to see where the companies priorities are lying. The residence management team are essentially middle men. They simply act as a messenger between head office and the building as if somebody wants something, they just forward the request on, so the staff structure is poor. All in all, I'd save yourself some money and go elsewhere, because whilst vita is okay in appearance, It is infact incredibly bigged up and is nothing special.
