Been here for two years since we literally couldn't find anywhere this year for 7 people. The WIFI is CRAP - you can't even get a snapchat video to load so don't even think about trying to stream or download anything. A 3Gig game on my console took 10 hours to download. Your wifi is also affected by how many devices you have connected to it so God forbid you want wifi on your laptop AND phone...you'll have to pick one or the other and even then, you'll have maximum 2 bars of service. The location is awful- I bet the Landlord wont tell you this (cos she didn't tell us!) but LOUD church bells will be going off every 15 minutes until 11pm and twice a week,on a Thursday evening and Sunday MORNING, you'll be woken up by the tuning of the bells (or whatever it is) which is ongoing bell ringing for about 2/3 hours. (No lie-in's on Sunday as it starts around 9am). The quality of the rooms may look good on first glance but don't be fooled. The bathrooms are rotten underneath the tiles (Maintenance man told me this). I even found a garden insect in mine- I wont disgust you with which one. The beds must be about 15 years old because you can't make one movement without the whole frame creaking and screeching- I literally knew when my neighbours were getting in and out of bed from my room...that's how loud the beds are. The rooms overall conditions are shabby and to an extreme low quality- especially for a Landlord who has increased the rent ! Oh and the landlord also got rid of the cleaner in the process of increasing our rent ! The kitchen area was fine. The TV in the dining area was always either broken or had no signal. And lastly, the Landlord is very rude and confrontational. She's lied many times to my face about frivilous things such as who our internet provider is (when I tried to sort out the internet myself), also she lies about times and things you wouldn't expect a grown woman to be lying about. This place is awful and if you're smart, you'll stay away. The rooms aren't even worth the rent prices smh. ALSO- drug addicts and drunks congregate in the alleyway directly outside our windows. I've seen people injecting themselves with drugs from my own window.
