Sizer Court is a student accommodation offering self-contained studios directly on the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) campus. Every studio has a private en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette, a double bed and a dedicated desk area. The rent covers all utility bills and high-speed internet, too. Sizer Court also offers No Visa, No Pay and No Place, No Pay policies.
Living on the UCLan campus
Sizer Court sits directly on campus, putting lectures just minutes away. Preston city centre is also a short walk away, with shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. As a result, students can minimise travel time during the week while still having the city on their doorstep. Sizer Court suits UCLan students who want a spacious, self-contained studio right on campus. The gym, landscaped courtyard and communal lounge give residents places to unwind.
