It's really nice and comfortable butits hard to make your room feel at home with all the restrictions. Everything's fixed if it breaks but keeping kitchen's clean is your responsibility which is fair enough, just luck of the drawer in terms of flatmates

The Siding has to be the safest accommodation in penryn because of the gates and the key access that you need to enter. The rooms are unfortunately a pit small for the price that we pay at however the atmosphere is great. I’ve made many friends in my accommodation and the kitchen is big and a social hotspot.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at student accommodation in Penryn, Cornwall, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and convenience. Located within close proximity to campus and essential amenities, it offered a seamless living experience for students. First and foremost, the accommodation itself was well-maintained and modern. The rooms were spacious and furnished with all the necessary essentials, including a comfortable bed, ample storage space, and a functional study area. This accommodation has a lovely location but there isn’t much of an atmosphere, it is all quite quiet, whereas in Glasney student village there is always something happening.

Careful international students. CRM still owes me my deposit, even though my tenancy finished in September, they still refuse to pay me back, even though there is no complaint from the staff and my room was in perfect condition. CRM takes advantage of international students.
Wonderful modern accommodation which has been kept in excellent condition. Location is ideal to walk into Penryn and up to campus as well as getting public transport into Falmouth. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable with them always make time for you. There is a sense of community in the accommodation which is great and I've found the relaxing atmosphere a great environment to work in. For my first year I have thoroughly enjoyed living in The Sidings and would recommend it to anyone attending Falmouth or Exeter University.
Lovely accommodation with well fitted rooms and great kitchen/living room social areas with sofas and TV screens. The staff are super helpful and friendly with on site maintenance, so no waiting for weeks to get things repaired.
In all honesty, I have not enjoyed living here. It is poorly located despite what they try to say in their description which is actually Falmouth. It is not convenient for getting to uni or for getting to town. The windows don't open fully so if it is sunny be prepared to feel like you are in a sauna. When compared to accommodation on campus, the sidings in seriously inferior. The rooms themselves are modern but most rooms seem to be much smaller than rooms on campus. The kitchen is nice and having sofas is a bonus but it doesn't come close to making up for the problems. Furthermore the wifi connection is useless and a some people won't have service anywhere in their flats. Lived here since September and can't wait to go.
This place has been so good to me for the past year. It is fun and warming but also safe and quiet all at the same time! The staff are great and it is secure but at the same time you're in a great location with local shops and the train and bus stops so close to get to Falmouth or Truro. Everything is on your doorstep!
