Trinity Hall, Chester

Absolutely awful year living here, would not recommend to anyone. On the day of my arrival (move-in date was given to to Trinity Hall via email weeks in advance). On arrival was met and shown to my room, that hadnt been touched since the previous tennants had moved out, the building manager then agreed with me it was unsanitary to move into these conditions and I had to get a hotel for myself and my partner (who had come to help me move in) for the night. A cleaner was arranged to come the following day to deep clean and The room was going to be ready by 1pm, it wasn't. The cleaner had cleaned the toilet and the sink. I was given a £50 amazon voucher for the inconvenience and three hours it took me and my Partner to deep clean before moving my belongings in. (To remove all dirt, human finger nail clippings, rubbish, etc) Shower was broken on move in and wasn't fixed for 2 months, i had nothing but cold water. I paid my rent for the year upfront and was highly dissapointed. Dont even get me started on the state of the communal kitchen.
