Studios and cluster apartments in the Knowledge Quarter
Vista Square, Liverpool is a student accommodation building on Oldham Place, where Liverpool’s Knowledge Quarter meets the city centre. Students can choose a self-contained studio or an en-suite bedroom in a cluster apartment of up to five students.
Studios have their own kitchenette, en-suite bathroom and study area. Cluster apartments share a kitchen and lounge.
Every kitchen, in both studios and cluster apartments, has a dishwasher. Rent includes all utility bills and Wi-Fi of up to 200Mbps.
The building has an EPC A energy rating and a BREEAM Excellent sustainability rating, with solar panels built into its design.
Close to the universities and the city centre
