I stayed in this accommodation for 1 year, do NOT come to here!!! An overview of the bad stuff they have done in 1 year: 1- Heating Issues: The radiator in the rooms are absolutely not enough. All the people I knew from here -yes, all of them- are reporting the same issue as well. The rooms are freezingly cold during winter times. 2- Water Issues: The water pressure in the shower heads are so low, and the water turns to boiling hot for 5 seconds in every ~4 mins while you shower. 3- Security Issues: We once had a homeless person travelling through the floors and knocking on students’ doors. 4- Laundry Issues: Eventhough you buy the “Extra Wash” on the machine and put 2 washing capsules, your clothes still smell weird. And eventhough you buy the “Full Cycle” on the drying machines, you have to run it twice for it to be dried. 5- Wifi Issues: Wifi doesn’t work everyday for at least 1 hour. 6- Cleaning Service Issues: I usually clean the room myself. For just once I wanted to buy this service because I was doing my exams. I bought the “Deep Cleaning” one because I knew this was going to happen. Even the dusts were still there when I came back. 7- Noise Issues: There is a big metal gate at the back of the building. It makes a really loud noise when it is used. It is being used at least 5 times in a day. The only good thing about this accommodation was the receptionists Jay and Ferdousi. They are lovely, everyone loves them, and they are the ones that kept me away from a heated argument with the arrogant manager of this accommodation.

HORRRIBLE! extremely overpriced!!! This is a huge thing, low value for money! terrible heating ( always experience many constant problems), had a bed near the window and had to go to the hospital during the winter due to the inhabitable cold I was experiencing in my room…which hasn’t solved for a while, lost my voice for a week another time due to having to my a radiator ( an expense I shouldn’t have to bear) which dried the air in my room:( way to many students experience the heating issues, it’s been a wide problem for students… i know there are many “positive reviews”. however, I wouldn’t trust other reviews (chocolates for reviews which you have to show before you can get one- that’s immoral and not right- future students should have accurate reviews!) It’s unfair, also subletting is not allowed! lose money lots, those going away during the summer:( which is inconsiderate of students needs! location is great but so are the locations of other student accommodations, which I believe are much better alternatives
