Had the unfortunate experience of staying here for 10 months. The place is a shambles. Plumbing is horrible, the toilets smell and the flats are incredibly small; you can't fit two people in the kitchen at once, and there's no actual living area. They furthermore charge you extra rent per week (so 5 instead of 4) even though your contract (that they gave you!) clearly states that you pay per month, not per week. When I pointed this out they said it was just a typo and then later threatened me with lawyers. Sadly the council wasn't much help, even though they did confirm that I was right. Living here definitely ruined my first year of uni, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone else. STAY FAR AWAY!

This place has only one thing good going for it and that's it being strategically located opposite the Cambridge Heath Overground Station. Other than that, this place is just all kinds of bad. The management is incompetent. I'm actually still waiting to get my deposit back and it's been over a month since I left. That alone should tell you how unprofessional their management is. Several emails to their accounting department have also gone unanswered. It is simply a nightmare to deal with them. Even while living there, asking them for help is like vomiting blood thanks largely to the language barrier. The biggest joke about living there has to be the pre-paid electricity. This is how backwards the accommodation is and they have the cheek to charge you quite exorbitantly for rent. WiFi is the worst too. How can this place possibly call themselves a student accommodation and get away with it. I hope that the authorities close this scammers down.
