Student rooms in a converted Edwardian monastery
The Priory Leeds is a converted Edwardian monastery in Woodhouse, with 77 student rooms close to the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University. Every room has its own en-suite bathroom, and the rent includes all utility bills.
The building keeps many of its original features. For example, you’ll find stone doorways, fireplaces, original stairs, leaded windows and wooden beams throughout.
It is home to 77 students, so you’ll see familiar faces on the stone stairs and in the old chapel.
Location in Woodhouse, near both universities
The building sits on Springfield Mount in Woodhouse, part of the LS2 university area of Leeds.
Both the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University are close by, so lectures and seminars stay within easy reach.
