Staff are great, especially Rob and Nevia. They went out of their way to help me acquire an urgent parcel - very much appreciated.
For a student comparing to other accommodations so much better considering price, friendly staff and all round nice feeling.
Staff are excellent, very friendly and always positive. Rooms are great, as well as the destination of the building!!!!! :-)
The accommodation is stylish, clean and tidy. The management are extremely friendly and willing to help straight away with any problems. A great location with Wembley Park tube station only a few minutes walk away and also the LDO being 5 minutes away. Highly recommended!
Very good accommodation. It has very good access into central London and lots of local facilities. The rooms are very bright, modern and clean. The management team are excellent and deal with any concerns or issues rapidly and with efficiency. For london, the price is relatively good value for money and I have been staying here for 2 years. I would highly recommend to any student.
Lovely rooms in a great location. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that we were not told about the building site before we moved in, also this has blocked my view of Wembley stadium. It would be nice to get to know other students living here because you only meet those in your flats. Everything runs well and is overall really good.
Unfortunately, the issue regarding noisy students has not been rectified. I write this at 1.45 in the morning, having been forced to listen to the music of neighbours on an off since 8pm. Definitely not the place for postgraduates who are here to work. There is no comeback for students who have to pay in advance - money is all that counts. Do not come here unless you wish to keep making the same complaints about disturbance from party goers for months on end, to no avail.
There were many issues when the site first opened with problems such as no water and Internet being at a very slow speed until February/March time, however, an okay place to stay, near to the station and rooms decorated nicely but lacking in communication from staff at times. If thinking of living here ask to be away from the courtyard area as it can be very loud and the management aren't particularly helpful in reducing this.
Great staying here for the past year. Initially there were some issues with management but they got sorted quickly. The new manager Anna is great plus she always has a smile on. Rooms are quite good looking with ample storage space under the beds. Have not really had many maintenance problems, but the two i have had, have been attended to almost immediately. The common room is quite nice with quite a few social gatherings, i haven't quite had the time to partake but they look fun. All in all great place and good value for money.
This is a new building, with its first year of having residents for the 15/16 academic year. The price compared to anything of a similar standard was considerably cheaper. The building initially had a few major teathiing issues but with new management the issues are history. The rooms are as advertised with the clean, fresh modern design. My tenancy was for an ensuite, I would of preferred a studio for personal reasons but the benefits of being in an ensuite is; you have a shared external kitchen space to chill, eat and vibe with your flat mates or alone. Beds are quite comfy...no complaints here after vigorous use. Maintenance are quickly available on site to fix any issues. Management are generally helpful, supportive and understanding in regards to anything. The surrounding area is constantly being developed and includes an outlet shopping centre and Wembley stadium which makes it easy to get a job and feed any basic needs. 24 hour ASDA nearby It takes me less than 30 minutes to get to central (Oxford Circus) The metropolitan line is super for commuting purposes with lots of connections. The building is great value for what it offers. I made this review after the teething issues had been resolved and I wanted to highlight more on the everyday environment of the building, hence the high rating compared to other reviews. A problem in my opinion was that events organised did not have enough input from tenants as to what events they wanted.
Excellent quality of rooms, very helpful team, excellent manager, maintenance issues fixed right after the complain is made. Quite a few problems with Internet which still remain and water /heating issues during the first couple of weeks- staff a little unorganized at the beginning, but competely justifiable as a first year of function. In terms of security is a very safe place with 24h CCTV operating system. Atmosphere is nice and friendly. Reasonable prices comparing to other student halls. Totally recommended!
Since the first day I moved in, there has always been problems, and never a clear or helpful solution from management. From having no WIFI, to wifi that was not even a tenth of the speed promised for 3/4 of the year, to no water at all for days on end and no alternate space to shower provided, to flatmates who let my kitchen get so bad that even after multiple complaints to management - with no help provided - it had to be fumigated due to maggots. The rooms were nice, but not worth the money paid. Student ambassadors are meant to be friendly and helpful to all residents, but instead are incredible rude, only help people who are there friends, and stand back and watch unacceptable behaviour take place in the common room. Safety is a major issue in this student accommodation. Even though everyone has a key fob and is meant to sign guests in and out, no one enforces this. People often walk in and out of the building and I have never seen or been made to sign any of my guests in, even when i have asked about it. I have had parcels go missing multiple times with a 'its not our fault' motto, even though reception sign for them. I would not recommend.
If you want something very close to everything in Wembley then this is for you! lidl and asda 5 min walk, tube station, Wembley stadium, metro tube line - only couple stops to Baker Street!! Very stylish for a student accommodation, bright and colourful and very helpful staff! Lots of different rooms to choose from :)
The rooms are really nice. I had a penthouse studio flat with nice large windows and an amazing view. However, there were long periods with slow/no internet, days without water and even electricity... The door does not close and lock by itself, so it must have been unlocked almost everyday until I realised that the door must be pushed closed in order for the lock to activate. The elevator is broken from time to time and the washing is expensive. The bins outside are often full and garbage is usually left on the floor of the room with the bins. The local area is quite nice with several large grocery shops close to the building.
We are the first lot of Students in this building and when moving in we didn't have the heating working, the water was cold and went 4 days without water and still they are promising to fix the internet, which was promised speeds of up to 50mbps and we are lucky to get 2mbps. Management are unhelpful as they never take the blame with their usual response of it will happen next week. Apart from that, there is a good atmosphere around the place and haven't seen any trouble. Security usually sleep on a night so not entirely safe. It is the cheaper option for anyone looking to study in this area so be prepared. ยฃ1000 up front payment will be asked for before you get your keys.
