Northgate House Derby has 165 student rooms in the city centre, from en-suite rooms in shared flats to self-contained studios in three sizes. Rent includes all bills, Wi-Fi up to 200Mbps and contents insurance.
Residents also get an on-site gym, a cinema room, a games room and quiet study rooms.
En-suite rooms have a private bedroom and bathroom in a flat shared with a small number of flatmates. The flat has a shared kitchen and lounge.
Studios have a private kitchen with hob, oven and fridge-freezer, and a private bathroom. Deluxe studios add more floor space, upgraded finishes and a defined study area. Large studios are the biggest in the building.
Every room is fully furnished with a small double bed (4ft) and a desk.
