These rooms come with a small double bed, comfy mattress, desk, chair and wardrobe with plenty of storage. They also come with fully equipped kitchens with a living area. All bills included and on-site maintenance with our cleaning team cleaning the kitchens once a week.

With these rooms, your living area is separated on a different floor to your living area, offering a quirky take on most student accommodation offerings. Our Mezzanine studios couple a large living space with a separated sleeping area to create an amazing living experience. Large double glazed windows offer a beautiful view onto the grounds of Radmoor and a fantastic location, a short distance away from the university and Loughborough College.
