What's included
- Every room comes complete with a 3/4 bed.
- Your rent is all-inclusive of utility bills (subject to a fair usage allowance) - so you shouldn’t receive any bills for electricity, gas or water. No need to argue with your flatmates over bills!
- The Cinema Room is equipped with the latest audio and visual technology. So, whether you and a few friends want to ‘cast’ something onto the big screen and chill out, come along to some of our movie nights, or watch the Champions League, the choice is yours.
- You will have access to our super-fast WiFi service throughout the entire building and communal areas.
- The kitchens are fully fitted, and each includes an electric cooker, fridge freezer, and microwave. Every cluster kitchen also has a fitted dishwasher, so there will be no more arguing about who is washing up!
- Our on-site laundry facilities allow residents to wash and dry their clothes in comfort (a local charge applies).
