Location
The Railyard Liverpool is in a pleasant, suburban area that is close to both the University of Liverpool's South campus and the Sydney Jones Library. The residence is only 10 minutes from Liverpool John Moores (LJMU) Mount Pleasant campus and the Business School. Living at the Railyard gives residents easy access to many of the university's in the city and is only 20 minutes from the city centre. The area has plenty of bars, shops, restaurants and supermarkets and life is so much easier when you can walk everywhere.
Management
There is a strong community vibe at The Railyard Liverpool and the staff have worked hard to not only achieve this but maintain it year after year. The customer service, maintenance and security teams are always on hand when you need them. The latter are dedicated to you safety as as well as being on-site 24/7 there are also several surveillance cameras and a secure, electronic entry system.
Features
Communal living is at the heart of The Railyard Liverpool and the en-suite rooms allow you to live with either existing friends or make new ones. They are all equipped with modern furniture, study space and plenty of storage. The flats themselves have fully fitted kitchens and comfy living spaces. There is free Wi-Fi throughout and several vending machines if you can't be bothered to make something. A quality laundry facility and secure bike storage are also on offer to the residents of The Railyard.
