Isca Lofts is a stylish modern converted property only 10 minute's walk from the University Campuses and 2 minutes walk from the city centre shops.
Our secure site comes with bike storage, communal lounge with TV , Pool Table, Table Tennis, and complex wide WiFi free of charge for all residents. The on site management team are always on hand if you have any questions or to offer support.
We have 12 flats in clusters of 5 or 6 bedrooms, with each bedroom having its own en-suite shower, wc and washbasin, and with a range of sizes to suite all student budgets. We also have a selection of studios for those that prefer their own exclusive facilities. The flats are ideal either for groups of friends to share, or alternatively we will group together like minded individuals to create a friendly flat.
All our flats come with en-suite bedrooms with double beds, plenty of storage and desk space perfect for relaxing and studying. In the kitchen areas there is even more space with a flatscreen TV and comfy seating, as well as all the conveniences you would expect to see in a modern development.
Our rentals are fully inclusive of all charges, including al utilities, TV licences etc, and there are no surprise arrangement fees or admin fees to pay when booking.
