Our student accommodation, Foundry Court, is located on the University of Central Lancashire campus in Preston, offering students easy access to all the city's amenities.

The property features a state-of-the-art breakout space, which includes:

Our student housing is located on Brook Street near excellent transport links, including Preston Railway Station. If you want to take a quick day trip to Manchester, it’s only a 40-50 minute train ride away.

If you're up for a city break, London is just a single train journey away, taking under three hours.

Preston offers plenty to do, including a visit to the Harris Museum for those curious about local art and history, and a bustling town centre filled with a variety of bars, pubs, and restaurants - allowing you to try a new cuisine every day!

Foundry Court also provides 24-hour security, CCTV monitoring, and key fob access, ensuring a safe and trustworthy environment for our residents.
