At Dun Holm House you’ll find your perfect room for your uni experience. Whether you are looking for an en-suite in a shared apartment or a studio, we’ve got the perfect home for you. And remember, if you do go for a studio, they’re perfect for couples to share – as we don’t charge any additional fees. All of our stylish rooms come with a small double bed alongside your own en-suite shower room, study area, and ample storage. Pick a studio and you get even more space and your own mini-kitchen.
Located in the heart of the city centre, there’s a brand new shopping centre to take advantage of, and excellent links to Durham University and the train station.
With amazing social spaces and social events throughout the year you’ll never be looking for something to do, and will have the perfect opportunity to make friends. There’s plenty to do with table tennis, pool and table football, a TV lounge area and a communal kitchen and dining area so you can have dinner parties with your friends. There’s even a gym, cinema room and a separate quiet study room. A dedicated on-site team means there is always someone to help you with any queries you might have (and to accept your post!).
