About Arena Village
Arena Village gives residents a free on-site gym, so working out doesn’t require an extra membership elsewhere. There’s also a common room for relaxing, meeting flatmates or watching a film after a busy day, plus secure bike storage for getting around the city. All utility bills are included as standard, subject to a fair use agreement, and contents insurance is included from the day residents move in, so belongings are covered throughout the stay.
The building also has 24/7 security and on-site laundry facilities, so there’s no need to leave the building to do the washing. As the official partner accommodation for Leeds Beckett University, rooms at Arena Village are booked directly through the Leeds Beckett University Accommodation Portal, rather than through a separate booking system. In addition, residents can take part in a regular events calendar, giving them an easy way to meet other people in the building throughout the year.
