Asquith House, Leeds is a purpose-built student accommodation on Servia Road, in Woodhouse, just north of the city centre. The newly refurbished building has 146 rooms in total. It offers a mix of en-suite rooms in shared flats and self-contained studios. En-suite rooms are arranged in clusters of four to six bedrooms, each with a shared kitchen, dining area and lounge. Studios, by contrast, have a private en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. Asquith House also sits next to Austin Hall, its sister property on the same street.
Living in Woodhouse
Woodhouse is one of Leeds’ most established student neighbourhoods. It is within reach of the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University City Campus and Leeds Arts University. The area also has cafรฉs, supermarkets and independent shops nearby. For example, Hyde Park and Woodhouse Moor are both accessible on foot.
