I found the location of Hawley crescent perfect. It's on the door step of Camden market, great transport links and there is a big Sainsbury's about 1 minute away. The sky roof is also amazing with a a panoramic view of London. The room is comfortable with a basic kitchen, although sadly without an oven, a spacious bathroom and great study desk. Although I had a great first year here I must add that it is too expensive for what it is. Management team were very helpful and attentive and made for a nice stay.
This accommodation has a good location in Camden. You can find many interesting stuffs around your places. staffs are kind and very helpful. You will enjoy the time in Hawley Crescent.

A modern, safe and quite buildind, with a cosy studio (loved the tv!) in the heart of Camden. Transport connections are excelent(tube+bus+train), there are lots of shops, grocery stores, pubs and restaurants nearby. Camden Lock Market, Regent cannal and Sainsburys are just 2min away, and Regent Park is at 10 min distance. I've been living at Hawley Crescent for the past 5 months, have thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Studio and facilities are high spec (loved the tv!), awesome rooftop (I will miss the skyline). The building was very always clean and well maintained. Many thanks to the kind and friendly Hawley Crescent staff for making my stay enjoyable. I would not hesitate to return or recommend.
Property well maintained, safe with excellent location! Rooms not too big, but have everything and quite comfortable. Bigger rooms on upper floors better in my opinion. Lovely roof terrace. Transportation links from Camden excellent. Management very helpful.
Studio rooms are well furnished and fairly spacious for London. Great location within camden town. Big Sainsbury 30 seconds away which is quite rare to find in central. Staff members are professional, friendly and accommodating.
This dorm is in a great location. The Camden market is a few minutes away. The Camden tube is two streets away. The neighborhood is very lively especially on the weekends. The building however is very poorly maintained. The elevator was out of order on 3 separate occasions during my one year stay. It was out of order while I moved in which was not pleasant considering I lived on the 5th floor. Ironically, it was again out of order while I moved out. Each of the three periods were several weeks with the last one being over two months. Whenever I asked for an update I was told they are waiting for a part. Its not acceptable to be paying for a building that says it has an elevator but then have it broken for half of the time you are living there. Additionally, there are two washers and two dryers for the whole building. There were multiple occasions where one or both of the washers were out of order. I had to take my laundry to a friends place to do it. This dorm is suppose to be relatively new but the up keep is terrible. It made for a miserable experience. I lived in the largest sized offered studio. It is spacious and the bed large though its not very soft. The shower and kitchen are good. I have no complaints about the room. I would not recommend living here given the very poor maintenance being provided. It cause a lot of frustration amongst us living there and management did not provide adequate communication regarding when the issues would be resolved.
Excellent purpose built student accommodation with everything I could hope for. Its close to Camden Town and Camden Road making commute to Uni very easy. The property is also close to a supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. The studios are a good size and there is a common room and roof terrace on the top floor with views across London. Finally the staff at Hawley Crescent are great! They are always helpful and willing to help with any enquiries. They organise social events which makes getting to know other tenants easier and create a community feel.
