It has 268 self-contained studios, across Classic, Premium, Serviced Classic and Deluxe tiers, with river and city views. Every studio has a double bed, an integrated kitchen and a private en-suite bathroom. Communal spaces were fully refurbished in 2025. Living beside the Quayside
Renslade House sits on Bonhay Road, on a dedicated cycle path beside Exeter Quayside. The University of Exeter’s St Luke’s Campus is around fifteen to twenty minutes on foot, and the Streatham Campus is reachable on foot or by bike in under thirty minutes. For example, St Thomas Railway Station is around three minutes away, and Exeter St Davids, with services to London Paddington and Bristol, is around twelve to fifteen minutes away. In addition, the Quayside itself has bars, restaurants and independent shops along the River Exe, and Exeter city centre is around six minutes on foot.
