The Store House Leeds offers en-suite rooms in shared flats of four to eight students, plus self-contained studios, with bills included in the rent. Shared spaces include an eighth-floor roof terrace and a private dining room.
Flats are available as mixed or single-gender. Some rooms and studios have their own private terrace.
Location and transport
The building sits in Leeds city centre, within walking distance of both the University of Leeds and Leeds Beckett University. Leeds train station can also be reached on foot.

About The Store House
En-suite rooms range from 138 to 210 sq ft. Each has a double bed, an oversized desk with an ergonomic chair and under-bed storage. Flatmates share a kitchen and a living area with a smart TV.
Studios range from 216 to 312 sq ft and include a private kitchen and bathroom, a double bed, a study area and an armchair or sofa. Some of the larger studios on higher floors have city views.
The ground floor has a reception, a post room and study spaces. On the first floor, a courtyard terrace has a table tennis table. The building also includes fitness, wellness and social areas.
A residence team is on site 24 hours a day, and maintenance is handled on site. Residents also have access to extras such as an airport pickup, bike rental, tea and coffee in communal areas and monthly breakfast events.
