Walker Street, Preston

Location - great really close to campus and to town Management - Useless really no one knows what they're doing you have to get parcels sent to moor lane and its a pain going all the way there, there is an office in walker street but never open and its pointless. Also getting a repair is a joke reported light in bedroom out took 4 days to get it sorted , kitchen light has been out for a month :/ Atmosphere - its what you make it there is no atmosphere as there no common room in walker street Safety - most of the block doors are always broken the lock so anyone could walk into the halls although the flat doors behind you Rooms - the rooms are great and really big Internet - the internet is UTTERLY SHIT half the time doesnt work it will appear to be connected but wont work or will be down and the phone technicians or studentcom twitter will say its not there fault yet its all there sites go down at once because their internet is crap. Also when the power goes out everything comes back on fine but internet out for the next day :/ funny how electric goes out internet goes down and the same thing happens at all studentcom internet sites and yet studentcom says its nothing to do with them Electricity- goes out a lot for a couple of hours and means you are left without water as well and no one ever apologizes or offers compensation Value if you pay the £108 a week they want then no but if you can get it cheaper as its never full then its not bad value and other private halls and houses have been worse to others.
