Quiet location. Free gym! Some Rooms and kitchens not great quality (worn) but varies between flats as refurbished flats are great. Helpful staff who try to fix problem asap

I moved into Tufnell in September 2014, during this time we have had countless days with no hot water and a few days with no water what so ever. The staff are particularly unhelpful, I moved in with the promise from a former member of stuff that I would quite easily be able to sell my room before my contract was over. After not enjoying my time at Tufnell house with numerous problems including extremely rude security staff and knowing I do not believe at all I am getting any value for my money with all the thousands I spent on a room there - I decided to move out in April. Since then I have emailed, spoken and even got my parents to contact management at Tufnell house and still no reply. I am purposely being ignored by stuff. So long as they have all your money they don't care about their residents. Advice, find somewhere else to live!!

I would definitely recommend this place to people who are new to London. Wonderful staff service, beautiful room and a well designed games room. Definitely a good place for me.
